Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Ghost QR ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Ghost QR is a mobile application for iOS that allows you to:
- Scan QR codes and barcodes using your device camera
- Generate QR codes for URLs, WiFi networks, contacts, and other data
- Store a local history of scanned codes on your device
The App operates entirely offline and does not require an internet connection.
License
Upon purchase, Bulpara grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Purchases and Payments
Ghost QR is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or recurring fees. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the App to scan or generate QR codes for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Bulpara and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or reliability of scan results
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
You acknowledge that QR codes may contain links to malicious websites or content. While Ghost QR displays URLs before opening them, you are responsible for exercising caution when accessing scanned content.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulpara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bulpara and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bulpara operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
